The course is based around a civil case and delegates will learn how to comply with the CPR ; how to analyse their own case and formulate a case theory and how to consider and deal with their opponent’s case.
This course is popular with both trainee solicitors looking to develop new skills and with qualified solicitors who either want to brush up on their skills or are moving into new areas of practice.
