On 1 July 2007, the long awaited new Code of Conduct for Solicitors finally came into force, replacing almost all of the provisions currently found in the 8th edition of the Guide to Professional Conduct of Solicitors.
This one-day course is aimed at solicitors, whether newly qualified or senior partners, who want to ensure both their own and their firm's compliance with the new rules.
Every delegate who attends the course will be given a complimentary copy of the new code of conduct to take away.

6 hours. This course counts towards the training requirements of SRA for Management Course Stage 2 and the new Rule 5 for solicitors wishing to be "qualified to supervise".
