Afternoon session – Specific Advocacy
How to advocate in Non Molestation \ occupation orders.

Why should you attend this course?

• The face to face course satisfies the 5 hour ILEX advocacy CPD requirement. The compulsory pre course prep work adds 1 further CPD hour
  
• If you choose to undertake the optional post course work, you will also satisfy the 8 hour ILEX ‘specialist’ CPD requirement
  
• It is a tailored solution to the ILEX ongoing advocacy CPD requirement, designed specifically with you in mind
  
• Kaplan Altior is currently the sole provider of the ILEX advocacy Courses, and this new course will build on the advocacy skills and knowledge acquired on that course
  
• We have specifically set the course timings (10.30am – 4.30pm) to enable travel to and from the course in one day
  
• 5 hour face to face course and 1 hour pre course prep work which, together, provide 6 CPD hours
  
• A nominal fee of £25 plus vat for the optional 2 hour post course work which will enable you to satisfy the 8 hour ‘specialist’ CPD requirement.
