This is the compulsory one-day course for all solicitors in their first 3 years after admission. All solicitors have to attend this course before the end of their 3rd full CPD year after admission.
This course will bring you the very latest practice management thinking and techniques. It will equip you to make the maximum contribution to your firm, both as a fee earner and as a future partner. Our updated MC1 will consider the major changes to the provision of legal services under the Legal Services Act and the consequential new OFR regulatory approach introduced by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in October 2011.
