altior has announced the dates of the first courses to be run under the new ILEX Advocacy Qualification Scheme. This is the qualification that Fellows of ILEX must obtain in order to be able to exercise extended rights of audience and use the designation 'Legal Executive Advocate.
Each course runs for 6 days, split into 2 sets of 3 days. The first courses will be run in London and the dates are:
Criminal: 3-5 March and 18-20 March 2008
Criminal: 31 March-2 April and 14-16 April 2008
Family: 17-19 March and 31 March-2 April 2008
Civil: 28-30 May and 2-4 June 2008
Further courses will follow in London, Manchester and other cities.
