Kaplan Altior has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new member of staff.
Pete Cowan, a solicitor with a background in training, was, until recently, an Assistant Justices' Clerk. Pete will spend most of his time as a PSC (Professional Skills Course) advocacy trainer and will in time also cover some electives. He will also be working with Chris Sweetman, Kaplan Altior's Training Director, on course development and quality assurance.
Mark Loosemore, Managing Director at Kaplan Altior, said: “Investing in new staff at this difficult economic time may seem unexpected, but we believe our continued success rests in large part with our commitment to bringing on board the right people whenever we can. In doing this, we are able to further develop our training offering to firms. Pete has come from excellent training background with a wealth of experience. His addition to the team is a valuable one and we look forward to seeing his appointment contribute to our success”.
