With client expectations on the rise, the lawyer's role as a negotiator is frequently under the spotlight. What’s more, with ever more complex transactions and a growing trend in firm’s cross-border work, the dynamics of legal negotiations are shifting.

This programme takes a more in depth look at negotiation theory as a way to add value to clients, and examines negotiation process and dynamics, alongside recent thinking in negotiation techniques. Central to the course are a series of simulated negotiation scenarios, designed to allow delegates to put their learning into practice in a non-live environment, free from client and peer expectations.
