Mark has lectured for Kaplan since 1985 throughout the UK, Eire and in Brussels. He is nationally ranked in Chambers as a defamation lawyer who works in a large commercial law firm and heads the Media law team advising national and regional newspapers, TV companies, radio stations and magazines. He also represents several Premiership Football Clubs/Players/Managers in reputation management/privacy issues and has obtained several “superinjunctions”. Mark was appointed Deputy District Judge on the Northern Circuit in 2004. He is also ranked as a leading Mediator, being accredited with CEDR and ADR Group.
